 TAKING THE STEP 

At times we may struggle to cope with life’s challenges.  We may not feel in control as life deviates from the hopes, plans and expectations we once had.  Talking to those around us can sometimes prove difficult.  Reaching out to a professional counsellor can provide the necessary help and support needed to begin to make desired life changes.

 

Through development of a trusted and supportive therapeutic relationship, we will explore current difficulties, emotions and experiences.  Together we will work towards a greater understanding of how past experiences can impact present-day living; affecting the choices we make, the way we relate to others and our repeated patterns of behaviour.  By embarking on a journey of self-discovery we can begin to build self-awareness, take ownership of our thoughts, emotions and actions and take steps to move towards a more positive change for the future.
